If purchasing a garage note that ownership of garages is on record at the Land Registry. With change of ownership Title Deeds and Deeds of Covenants specific to the garage can be generated, or if the garage is to be integrated into the Deeds of the house owned by the purchaser then these should be modified if house is in a different area with different colour paint specified in the covenants.
