If you are thinking of making alterations to your home that may
change the external appearance, you will now be required to
follow this process.
Notice of Annual AGM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Portchester Parish Hall, Castle Street, Portchester, Fareham, PO16 9PY on Friday 25th November 2011 at 8.00pm
Voting of the Board of Directors will take place during the meeting and there will still be a chance to vote if you are unable to attend using a Proxy Voting Form (see the next news slide).
